PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMPLAINT FORM
 The village has gone to a complaint driven property maintenance system.  We have also enacted the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code as our new code.  

 There will be no inspections done unless a complaint form has been filled out and signed. The person making the complaint will be kept confidential. The need for the signature is if the inspector has a question about the complaint.

To make a Property Maintenance Complaint
 you have three options.


1.) Pick up a form at the village's Municipal Building, Kingston National Bank, Johns Memorial Branch Library, Amanda Post Office

2.) Click on the Word Document print out the form and drop it off at the Municipal Building.

3.)Enter the information below and it will automatically be sent via email the village.
